Long-Term Impact
Empowering rural women to be able to fend for themselves and their families is key to eradicating poverty. Through on-going training and support, the women establish flourishing small business enterprises through which they can pay school fees for their children, provide shelter, food and clothing
to their families.
There will also be reduction in HIV/AIDS spread as empowered women will overcome exploitation by men.
Other services that we offer
Other than lending to women owned micro enterprises we also provide advisory services in the form of financial literacy training to all our women customers .We train them on entrepreneurship, book keeping, business management, budget making, marketing, production, savings, micro-insurance , confidence-building etc.
It is worth noting that 80% of our field staff is women and 75% of the board members are women.
